I've spent my professional career as a helping professional. First as an educator/school counselor, and now as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a master's degree from Oklahoma State University in Community Counseling and a bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University in Early Childhood Education.

I have gained significant clinical and leadership experiences from owning a rural mental health agency, working in a residential setting and running a private practice.

With years of experience working in various mental health settings, I am well-equipped to help people deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
